Sky Tram
Weasel is required to pay a
specified amount of cash per gadget use (except Mr. Pawn). Cash is automatically extracted from Weasel
upon engaging gadget (“Action” button).
Weasel must be standing within a specified distance/location of a gadget
and must be facing the gadget in order to use the gadget. Gadgets are perpetually reusable.

VENDING MACHINE
Ø Located
throughout each playfield, Vending machines offer Weasel special items for a
price
Ø Vending
machine’s display disk rotates (squeaky wheel and low hum SFX is played) while
advertising its special item and price
Ø Once
Weasel steps onto the vending machine’s doormat, the machine’s display disk
will light up if Weasel can afford the cost of its item
o
Disk remains dark if Weasel cannot afford the item)
Ø The disk
will turn dark again once Weasel steps out of position
Ø Weasel
can purchase an item by standing on the vending machine’s doormat (heading is
unimportant) and pressing the context sensitive “action” button
o
The payment will automatically be taken as the item
is instantly transferred to Weasel
o
Item pops up out of vending machine & into
Weasel’s hand
v Trailing particle
effect,
v Weasel
holds up item, then stows it in his pants
Ø There is
only one type of item available per vending machine
Ø Vending
machines are not moveable
Ø Vending
machines never run out of items

MR. PAWN
Ø Mr. Pawn is
the place where Weasel deposits BTIs for big bucks
Ø Pawning
is accomplished by standing on the “target pad” in front of Mr. Pawn while
holding a BTI and pressing the “action” button
o
If Weasel is carrying a BTI while standing on Mr.
Pawn’s “target pad”, the Mr. Pawn face will light up, flashing on and off
o
The flashing face will turn dark again once Weasel
steps off the “target pad”
Ø When an
object is being pawned, Mr. Pawn will rumble and rattle with vacuum-sucking
sounds while his face lights up, and his vacuum hose expands and contracts as
the object is sucked up
Ø Immediately
after a BTI or NPC is pawned, a jackpot of loot pours down out of Mr. Pawn’s
vacuum hose
o
After the cash pours out of Mr. Pawn, Weasel must
run around, collecting as much as possible before any is taken by greedy NPCs
o
Each time something is pawned, Mr. Pawn spouts a
“Mr. Pawn advertisement” or plays a short jingle (with vocals) or triumphant tune (without vocals) from his front speakers (dashed audio lines will
emanate from his speakers)
WATER GUN
Ø Located in elevated playfield locations, water guns offer the
chance to blast away structures and characters with a rapid-fire assault of
water
Ø Aim and
fire high-powered blasts of water onto street level victims
Ø The Water
Gun’s display disk rotates (squeaky wheel and low hum SFX is played) while
advertising its cost to use
Ø Once
Weasel steps into position to use the Water Gun (on top platform behind gun
handles), the gun’s display disk will light up if Weasel can afford the cost to
use the gun (it stays dark if Weasel cannot afford the gadget)
Ø Pressing
the “action” button while standing on the top platform will begin the Water Gun
scenario
Ø The POV
and aiming control while using the Water Gun is the same as head cam
Ø The
camera will zoom in and reveal Weasel’s view of the playfield looking down the
barrel of the Water Gun
Ø Weasel
Ø Pressing
the “action” button will fire the Water Gun (pressing and holding the “action”
button initiates rapid fire)
Ø Water
blasts are rapid (not a constant stream) like machine gun fire
Ø Direct
hits will dislodge loot from victims as well as push fallen victims along the
direction of the water blasts
Ø Hitting
stray loot with water blasts will collect the loot for Weasel
Ø Vermin
are instantly squashed by water blasts
Ø Time limit of 30 seconds or so to use water canon

Ø Aim and
maintain a highly focused beam of sunlight on a street level victim
Ø The
MagnaFire’s display disk rotates (squeaky wheel and low hum SFX is played)
while advertising its cost to use
Ø Once
Weasel steps into position to use the MagnaFire (on second step behind control
handles), its display disk will light up if Weasel can afford the cost to use
the MagnaFire (it stays dark if Weasel cannot afford the Gadget)
Ø The disk
will turn dark again once Weasel steps out of position
Ø Pressing
the “action” button while standing on the second step will begin the MagnaFire
scenario
Ø The POV
and aiming control while using the MagnaFire is the same as head cam
Ø The
camera will zoom in and reveal Weasel’s view of the playfield looking through
the MagnaFire lens (possible fisheye distortion effect)
Ø The
default MagnaFire beam of light is wide and not very hot so it doesn’t affect
NPCs
Ø By pressing
the “action” button the beam of light will narrow in diameter and intensify in
heat as it is reduced to a more focused heat source (MagnaFire will pivot a
little slower while beam is intensified)
Ø
If a beam of sunlight is
focused on a character long enough, then the character’s head or heinder will
ignite (dependant upon NPC), causing the character to start running, screaming,
and tossing out loot
Ø A
character will remain on-fire for 8 seconds (an on-fire character takes-on a
panic state while running around a small area in a spiral pattern)
Ø Loot will
constantly fly from an on-fire character
Ø Hitting
stray loot with a focused light beam will collect the loot for Weasel
Ø An
on-fire character can pass along his/her flames to another character simply by
colliding with him
Ø A Pinup’s
clothes will be burned down to her underwear (big flame burst) as she screams
in embarrassment and runs away (her clothes return with a “poof” of smoke, like
rabies)
Ø
If the Pinup catches on-fire while she is in her
underwear, her rear end will ignite
Ø
Time limit of 30 seconds or so to use
the MagnaFire
SKY TRAM
Ø Horizontally
moving platforms that stretch across a playfield
Ø Trams
allow safe, above ground transport from point to point

Circus Cannon
Ø
Located in strategic spots throughout
each playfield
Ø Located
next to the cannon, the cannon’s display disk rotates (squeaky wheel and low
hum SFX is played) while advertising cost to ride
Ø Once
Weasel is near enough to the cannon (within a certain close radius), the
cannon’s display disk will light up if Weasel can afford the cost to ride (it
stays dark if Weasel cannot afford the gadget)
Ø
The disk will turn dark again once Weasel steps out
of position
Ø
Weasel enters cannon by jumping into it
(little puff of smoke from top of cannon upon Weasel’s entry)
Ø
Cash-fee is automatically extracted upon
entering cannon
Ø
Once Weasel jumps into a circus cannon,
the camera moves to a pre-scripted location (distant view of cannon)
Ø
The cannon automatically aims and fires
(big burst of smoke and flames) Weasel a vast distance across the playfield
onto a predetermined target-spot
Ø
Weasel’s flight creates a smoke trail
(Weasel creates less smoke particles the farther he travels away from cannon)
Ø
Camera will pan to follow the first ¾ of
Weasel’s flight
Ø
Camera will quickly move toward Weasel,
settling into a follow cam view during the last quarter of his flight
Telescope
Ø Located in secret areas throughout each playfield
Ø The
Telescope’s display disk rotates (squeaky wheel and low hum SFX is played)
while advertising its cost to operate
Ø Once
Weasel steps into position to use the Telescope (on top platform behind
telescope), its display disk will light up if Weasel can afford the cost to use
the Telescope (it stays dark if Weasel cannot afford the Gadget)
Ø The disk
will turn dark again once Weasel steps out of position
Ø Looking through telescope will present Weasel with a (FMV) view of
a Pinup’s silhouette behind various thin partitions (shower curtain, changing
screen, drapery, frosted glass, steamy shower door, etc)
Ø The silhouettes will be changing, exercising, pillow fighting,
seductively posing, showering or bathing
Ø Each scenario ends with a shocking surprise as the partition is
removed, revealing the Pinup to be something quite different than expected (old
man, Weasel’s mom, the Mayor in drag, horse’s ass, fat guy in bikini,
etc). “C” wipe to black.
Ø “W” wipe back out to the playfield where Weasel is in distress,
covering his eyes in agony as smoke billows out of them (3 second canned
animation). Resume normal play
afterwards.
